Weather Brief for July 17th 2013

Heat Advisory in effect until 9 p.m. Thursday evening, high temperatures will be in the low to mid 90's with lows in the 70's during the night time, dangerous heat indices near 100 degrees are expected during the afternoon today and Thursday cross much of southern and east central Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin. Rain chances don't increase until Thursday night.


Temperatures mainly in the mid 90's across the region with 80's further to the north.



Low's tonight 70's in the south to mid 60s to North, not much relief until Thursday night.



Slight Risk tomorrow for northern parts of the region which does include the northern portions of the Twin Cities Metro, as of this posting it looks like the most significant severe weather will be over northern Minnesota

Day 2 Outlook


Temperatures cool off on Friday with highs in the 80's and maybe even only in the 70's on Saturday, back in the low 80's on Sunday.
