The image above is from NOAA's WPC short term forecast map as of 7 AM Thursday morning what looks like mostly rain for southern Minnesota and snow will be in northern and western Minnesota pushing into southeast Minnesota by the evening hours, Right now it will stay rain or mix for the Twin Cities Metro with a change over too snow by Thursday evening as the system moves out, new models data will be coming in soon, we'll see if the trend continues.
