Decreasing winds and thinning cloud cover along with low level moisture in place will develop fog which may be dense at times, especially areas that still have snow cover and standing water, Dense Fog Advisory is in effect from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Sunday for portions of southern and southeastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin, visibility will be less than a quarter mile at times, be careful driving in these ares during the overnight through the early morning
