UPDATE 11/13/2012: This just keeps getting more interesting, National Weather Service confirmed a third brief EF0 Tornado in Mendota Heights, MN, This information has been added to the “Update” section below as well as a link to a Public Information Statement on a over all review of the Tornado and Wind Damage from Saturday Night
UPDATE 11/14/2012: Another confirmed brief EF0 Tornado surveyed Wednesday Afternoon by the National Weather Service from Saturday Nights Storms in Mahtomedi, MN in Washington County, This brings the number to 4 tornadoes now from Saturday Nights Thunderstorms, This information has been added to the “UPDATE” section below, The National Weather Service considered this information preliminary, so they may not be done yet with damage surveys, so more possible updates might be still to come, Public information statement link at the bottom of the post has been updated to reflect the new information.

Lilydale [Dakota Co, MN] public reports TSTM WND DMG at 11:12 PM CST -- lilydale pool and yacht club...canopy torn off. deck furniture damaged. minor structural damage including a broken entry door.
UPDATE:
2 NNW Eagan [Dakota Co, MN] nws storm survey reports TORNADO of F0 at 10 Nov, 11:05 PM CST -- a brief ef0 tornado spun up near skyline drive east of hwy 13 and tracked nne to the lost spur golf course just south of i-494. numerous trees were blown down and exhibited a convergent damage pattern. some trees fell onto houses and power lines. otherwise...little structual damage. estimated winds 75 mph.1 SW Burnsville [Dakota Co, MN] nws storm survey reports TORNADO of F0 at 10 Nov, 10:58 PM CST -- an ef0 tornado spun up just northeast of the intersection of county road 5 and MacAndrews rd and tracked northeast to just southwest of the intersection of Burnsville pkwy and hwy 11. numerous tree and power lines were blown down along the path...some fell on houses. a stop sign was bent all the way to the ground and a grill lid was flown about 200 yds near Nicollet jr high school. maximum wind speeds were 80 mph.
3 SSW ST Paul [Dakota Co, MN] nws storm survey reports TORNADO at 10 Nov, 11:10 PM CST -- brief tornado rated ef-0. it touched down in far northern Mendota Heights...just southeast of highway 13 and Wachtler avenue. numerous trees were blown down including some on cars and houses. the tornado moved northeast for 0.5 mile and dissipated near highway 13 and Sylvandale. after that...the storm transitioned and produced widespread downburst damage from northeastern Mendota Heights into west St. Paul.
2 N Mahtomedi [Washington Co, MN] nws storm survey reports TORNADO at 10 Nov, 11:21 PM CST -- the tornado tounched down in mahtomedi, 0.4 mile north of the intersection of highway 244 and quail, and just east of the white bear lake shore. it moved northeast into the northeastern part of grant. hundreds of trees were toppled, snapped or pushed over. some trees fell on cars, houses and sheds. the most significant damage was shortly after touchdown, near the intersection of hazel and moccasin in far northern mahtomedi, where strong ef-0 damage was noted.
