Winter Weather Awareness Week begins this week for Minnesota & Wisconsin from November 5-9, The National Weather Service puts out this information around this time each year to help the public prepare for the upcoming outdoor winter hazards, Last winter was a mild one but it doesn’t mean this winter will be the same, I won’t get into details here but I have provided some links below.
